About me

I am a  Ph.D. candidate at the University of Michigan School of Information (UMSI). I am co-advised by Dr. Oliver Haimson and Dr.Michaelanne Thomas. My research interests include social media, infrastructure, migration, mobility, work and labor, identity transitions, and marginalization. Broadly, I am interested in human-computer interaction (HCI), Science and Technology Studies (STS), and Information Communication Technologies & Development (ICTD).


Prior to UMSI, I completed my M.S. in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University School of Information Studies in 2020. I received my B.A. from the University of Indianapolis in Communication & English and Literary Studies. I enjoy cycling, swimming, rock climbing, scuba diving, and mountaineering.
